* Fair Use Policy (FUP) or reasonable usage : All unlimited offers are subject to the Fair Use Policy. To guarantee the quality of the network for all subscribers, Toledo reserves the right to, without prior notification; reduce the access speed of the customer temporarily if this customer has an unreasonable amount of traffic compared to the average of the Toledo customers. Toledo reserves the right to block the access to its network for the customer if he does not adapt the usage after several warnings.

**The Business Package is a subscription which is activated on a free raw copper pair ; a Service Level Agreement 8X5XNBD is included (this contract offers you the guarantee of response time and solution of a possible technical problem on your ADSL line within 8 hours, from Monday till Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, except on holidays, support is available in the following languages: NL/FR/EN; IP range 4 addresses and unlimited traffic (FUP).
