Account Manager

Toledo is looking for several Account Managers to accelerate the development of our business in the Belgian telecommunication industry. You will join a dynamic sales force team of 4 people and have a responsible, varied and wide ranging role encompassing all aspects of an Account Manager's role.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • To develop new accounts in different markets segments in Belgium.
  • To enlarge portfolio of existing B-to-B customers.
  • To produce formal account plans and take all necessary action to support the achievement of those plans.
  • To develop high level relationships personally and promote knowledge of the company within your dedicated accounts.
  • Be responsible for all commercial aspects within your accounts, and act as the primary interface with the customers.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • To report directly to the Sales Manager.
  • To sell value-added services and competitive products.
  • To appreciate commercial aspects and profit factors.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

  • A confident Account Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • At least 3 to 4 years experience in an Account Manager role in IT or Telecom industry.
  • You are a good listener and able to argue and negotiate convincingly and tactfully.
  • Stress-resistant.
  • Showing a high level of integrity.
  • Team-player: you are always willing to learn from your team-members.
  • Multi-lingual: Fluent in Dutch and French (English is an asset).
  • Open-minded and the capability to evolve within the organization is a must.
