What is Toledo Telecom?
We are a Belgium based telecommunications company in existence since 1997. Our main goal is to provide high quality services with low cost products and tariffs.

What does Toledo Telecom do? What are the services offered by Toledo Telecom?
We offer a wide range of telecom solutions for both individuals and business enterprises. In addition we have set up a mobile network. Our different plans are flexible and accommodate those with different needs, budgets, and priorities.
How to subscribe for and use Toledo Telecom’s services
How do I subscribe to Toledo Telecom?
Ask a customer care advisor to send you the required forms by mail or simply download the contract via this website in "Contracts and Procedures." Once you have sent the completed and signed forms with the required information we will notify of the service activation through a Welcome letter.

Does my Belgacom phone number change if I become a Toledo client. Do I have to modify the installation already in my home?
No, nothing changes. Your subscription with Belgacom stays intact unless you wish to cancel supplementary features that you may have with them.

Which documents do I need for subscription?
Signed and completed contract
Photocopy of your ID card and telephone bill of prior provider

Can my contract be refused by Toledo?
Toledo may refuse a contract for reasons, included but not limited to:
Customer refuses to provide the necessary documents for the completion of the contract
Customer is in a state of suspension of payments
Customer has not attained legal age
Customer is not the owner of the fixed line for which he is requesting activation of services

How much time should I count for the activation process to be completed?
24 hours after we have received the contract. We will then send you a welcome letter to inform you of the service activations.

I do not own the telephone line on which I want to use Toledo services (e.g. it belongs to my parents, my brother, etc). What should I do?
In this case, you should ask the person who owns the line to make the desired changes. and they will implement your number in the directory.
Prices and Costs
How much does start-up cost?
There are no start-up costs at Toledo Telecom.

What is the cost of the calls?
The cost of calls depends on the direction, volume, and time. Consult our website or contact our staff (0800.35000) to gather more ample information.

What are the destinations I can call with Toledo Telecom?
Toledo does not place restrictions of the destination of calls. Therefore, you may call to any national or international destination, along with mobile lines.

How can I cancel my subscription if I do not want to stay with Toledo Telecom?
Send us an e-mail or letter and we will cancel your services as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay a cancellation fee for unsubscribing to Toledo services?
There are no cancellation charges for fixed lines.
Billing and Payment
How will I be billed?
At the start of every month, you will receive a bill that will display the cost for all your total calls for the previous month

Can I receive a detailed bill?
Yes. The simplest way is for you to visit My Toledo Login. Those with Avantage and Profit+ plans who desire to receive a hard copy by mail will be billed 1.40€.

I have several lines. Will I receive one bill per number or one overall bill for all the lines?
Toledo Telecom organizes the bills per number.

Is the length of the calls calculated in seconds or minutes?
Your calls are billed by the second after the first minute

How can I pay my bills?
We recommend that you opt for the simplifying method of direct debit at the beginning of each month. We also take payments by credit card which requires you to send us a photocopy of the card.

Is there a minimum billing amount?
There is a minimum of 12.39€ for fixed lines. Those affiliated with Test-Achats, once they have provided with a photocopy of their membership card or member number, do not have a minimum billing amount.

Is the subscription arranged for a minimum period?
No, there is no minimum subscription period to enjoy the different price plans.

Can anyone other than me have access to details of the telephone calls I make?
Information we provide over the phone cannot be given to a person other than the person who signed the contract.
